1. Experience as Technical Support Engineer or Executive at International Voice-based Call Center or BPO operations.
2. Excellent verbal, written and listening communications skills are required for interaction with overseas clients.
3. Technical Knowledge Requirements:
- Active Directory
- Windows Operating Systems (MCSE/MCITP will be plus)
- Networking (CCNA will be plus)
- SQL Server
4. Knowledge of Hardware and Software troubleshooting.
5. Other relevant exposure will be an added advantage.
